The security plus cert has a section in Steganography. I've always found this form of cryptography fascinating because it allows us to hide secret messages in pictures or audio files. This is often a form of security through obscurity, but you could also embed encrypted messages into into innocuous looking pictures using a passphrase.

To be honest, I've never used Steganography for any serious security, but I used to take pictures of flowers on my morning walk and write a little diary entry. I embedded these diaries into pictures using an app called Steganography Master.

The app is no longer available on the the Google Play store, but I found an app named NoClue on the Aurora store that does the same thing.

It's easy as a lemon squeezy. There is an encrypt button and a decrypt button. It also warns you about uploading the pictures to social media sites because they erase the metadata, which is actually a good thing under most situations. Unfortunately it will also erase any secret messages you embed into the image.

I uploaded this onto image database because they don't remove metadata. This also means it will retain location information which is not something you necessarily want to include lest you enjoy meeting stalkers and I assume you don't. Therefore, most people should disable the location before taking the picture.

Let me know if you can deciphwr the secret message in this photo, but no spoilers please.
